What Qualifies for a Refund/Return
Earth Baby has a 30-day money back guarantee for purchases placed on the EarthBabyStore.com website.
If you are not 100% satisfied, email us at hello@earthbabystore.com to start the return process. All returns require sending back the product with its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. Unfortunately, Earth Baby cannot process refunds for items purchased at other retailers.
